Founder and Visionary

Bernell is founder and concierge travel advisor of El Mundo Te Espera Viajes S.A.S. As visionary of S.O.A.R. Sinergy Accelerator, Bernell recognizes, values and seeks to contribute to the community, equity and wealth building through people, for people and by people--the true wealth of any nation. Bernell has lead a career of 25 years as an entrepreneur and owner of four companies in the USA and Colombia as a coach, trainer, consultant and adviser of personalized travel, microbusinesses, private and government microfinance programs, and language and intercultural business. Bernell holds a degree and certifications in Japanese and International Business, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Business Process Improvement, Project Management, Human Resources, ISO 9001 Quality Standards - Internal Supplier Auditor. Bernell speaks English, Japanese and Spanish, and loves to live to travel and engage with local people to learn, grow, and contribute to communities the world.

John has led a 20 year career in industrial engineering and 5 years in public administration. In the last 5 years, as a trainer and capacity builder, John has had the opportunity to interact with the entrepreneurial community of Santiago de Cali, strengthening technical and personal aspects of business owners. This has allowed him to identify both the most prevalent strengths and weaknesses that detract from the competitiveness of Cali entrepreneurs in areas of business development and local and international tourism. For this reason, John decided to contribute to and learn from the cultural and economic development of the city in a substantial way through local business growth. John speaks Spanish and English.
